Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Digital Products

All digital products, including music downloads, archive editions, artwork, visual content, and other downloadable materials, are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for digital products once the download link has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Physical Merchandise

Physical merchandise, including apparel, T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, accessories, posters, and other products, is made to order specifically for each customer.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Change of mind

  • Customer preference

  • Accidental orders

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and color options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded because each item is produced specifically for you.

Digital Product License

Purchased music and digital products are licensed for personal enjoyment.

They may also be played in cafés, restaurants, retail stores, offices, lounges, galleries, creative spaces, and similar public environments as background music.

However, without prior written permission from The New Hippies / World Peace Inc., the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistribution

  • Resale

  • Public uploading

  • File sharing

  • Commercial redistribution

  • Creating downloadable copies for others

  • Selling or distributing the original files in any format

Purchasing a digital product grants a license for permitted use only and does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
