Thank you for shopping with The New Hippies.
We offer both digital products and physical merchandise. Please review the following delivery information before placing your order.
Digital Products
Digital products, including music downloads, archive editions, artwork, visual content, and other downloadable materials, are delivered electronically.
After your purchase is completed, download links will be provided automatically through the checkout page and/or by email.
No physical shipment is required for digital products.
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Physical Merchandise
Physical products, including apparel, T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, accessories, posters, and future merchandise collections, are produced specifically for each order and shipped worldwide.
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs processing, seasonal demand, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.
Shipping delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or carrier-related issues are outside our control.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has started, we are unable to change, cancel, or refund physical merchandise orders because each item is made specifically for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
